g's 30th, sunday the 6th, we turned down a random alleyway while strolling the streets of kensington and found ourselves honouring Sabbath with other Londoners at an amazing church -- in a beautiful cathedral of old but with the modernity and relevance necessary for the inhabitants of a sprawling city. and they sang our song [hosanna]! :) truly, He transcends time & space - this is the God we exalt.

london: snog (&smog!); free museums - british, tate modern, national gallery; the eye; buckingham palace; speakers corner @ hyde park; just missing entrance into windsor castle but getting to have tea @ the crooked mansion; fortnum & mason; piccadilly circus; westminster abbey; cruising the thames; no. 10 downing st.; trafalgar {y's original engagement idea!} & {a very time-consuming art of} brass rubbing; covent garden & yuforia (apparently g has this -- get it? haha); tower of london w/ beefeaters & london bridge; primark black friday-ish trampling; good indian food; pret a manger; harrod's & selfridges; st. paul's cathedral
paris: musees - louvre, d'Orsay, centre pompidou; in seine (y's joke); sainte-chapelle; cathedrale de notre-dame; jardin des tuileries; place de la concorde; promenading champs-elysees (swarming asians spottings: lv flagship & laduree -- for their magnificent macarons) to arc de triomphe; grandiose tea @ angelina's; tour eiffel (@ nite!); atop montemarte & basilique du sacre-coeur; OVER the top chateau de versailles; la coupole; our sweet little suite in montparnasse; creperie after cafe after creperie after cafe after creperie; fauchon; pont neuf
some random [kinda belated] congrats: babies nathan juyn cheng & chloe rachel tan (who we will be meeting this coming weekend in seattle!)...
